Yunxuan(Kimmy) Lin (b.1996) is an artist who lives and works in Toronto, Canada.

Yunxuan(Kimmy) Lin is a contemporary visual artist whose work navigates trauma, resilience, and emotional reconstruction. Painting from experiences of patriarchal structures, workplace politics, and intimate encounters with mental health struggles, her practice transforms personal and collective wounds into spaces of healing. Through layered visual narratives, Lin interrogates self-attribution, emotional balance, and the cyclical echoes of memory, creating works that are both cathartic and regenerative. Her art becomes a field where trauma blooms into resilience, inviting women—and herself—to inhabit the present with courage and clarity.
