Let the
World Echo

This work traces my lifelong imagination and memories of the “bell.”
As a child, the bell first appeared in the story of Cinderella—when the clock struck midnight, magic dissolved, and she returned to her true self.
In school, the bell became the signal for classes to begin and end, carrying a rhythm both tense and orderly.
Later, whenever inspiration arrived, I felt as if I could hear that single sound  in my mind—a signal of creation.
At university, the campus clock tower would strike every hour, its deep resonance echoing through the air. Each time, I felt its solemnity, and it made me want to whisper a wish.
In the years that followed, the bell also became a reminder for others—when I wished to help someone, it was like a gentle “hey,” soft and kind.

The bell is at once a witness of time and a voice through which I converse with the world.
